Our primary focus was to streamline financial reporting by implementing Sage’s AccPac ERP system, used by the group's parent company and running on Microsoft SQL Server, into the newly acquired UK subsidiary, transitioning the General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory Management, and Cash Management functions of the previous competitors from their existing Sage Line 500 and Sage 50 financial systems. This move was essential to standardise management reporting and auditing practices across the newly formed international group.

To achieve this migration successfully, we collaborated with a team of overseas consultants who brought their specialist expertise to the table. One of the key challenges we overcame was re-writing the APIs that integrated the customer’s CRM and ERP systems. It was crucial to ensure that critical business processes continued seamlessly in the new environment.
