From One Side of the Planet to the Other
Our team of expert Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Technical Consultants designed, developed & implemented across four regional offices, a resource scheduling system, running on Microsoft SQL Server with a Microsoft .Net front-end, an interface to the customer’s SalesLogix CRM, and a web-based mobile solution for 50 field engineers.
The resulting process changes and back-office efficiency gains enabled the centralisation and condensing of the Customer Support departments, resulting in a cost saving of over £170,000 per annum.
Following the successful implementation, we managed the cost reduction and downsizing of the customer’s Business Systems team, while maintaining support for the CRM & ERP systems within the UK.
Following a successful project in the UK, we managed the European rollout of the business systems and processes, established in the UK, to the customer’s subsidiaries in Holland and Germany, working with local European team members for translations, tailoring each system to suit local variances whilst ensuring that core processes remained consistent throughout the group.
The successful European project led to an international deployment. After establishing a solid framework of business systems and processes in the UK, we managed the rollout of the architecture to the customer’s subsidiaries in Australia and New Zealand, managing distributed, international suppliers and team members.
